My Healer
A Declaration (part 1)

He is the Lord who heals me; the God who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did. In him, I live and move and have my being. He strengthens me and helps me. He upholds me with his righteous right hand. Nothing shall be able to separate me from his love. Because I have made the Lord, who is my refuge, even the Most High, my dwelling place, no evil shall befall me, nor shall any plague come near my dwelling. He has come so that I may have life and have it more abundantly.

I trust in the Lord with all my heart and do not lean on my own understanding. I only meditate on what is true, noble, just, pure, lovely, of a good report, virtuous, and praiseworthy. No good thing will he withhold from me, as I walk uprightly. My love is set upon him, and he delivers me. With long life, he will satisfy me and show me his salvation.

Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord and whose hope is the Lord. The thoughts he has toward me are thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give me a future and a hope. He has set before me life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore, I choose life, that I may live. I love God, obey his voice, and cling to him, for he is my life and length of days. The same Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in me and gives life to my mortal body.

The Lord is restoring my health and healing my wounds. I serve him, and he blesses my bread and water and takes sickness away from my midst. He fulfills the number of my days. I will not forget all his benefits: he forgives my iniquities, heals all my diseases, redeems my life from destruction, and crowns me with lovingkindness and tender mercy. He satisfies my mouth with good things so that my youth is renewed like the eagle’s. All that is within me blesses his holy name!
