A Declaration (part 2)
As I wait on the Lord, he renews my strength. I shall mount up with wings like eagles. I shall run and not be weary, walk and not faint. God will not break his covenant; he will not take back a single word he has said. The God of Israel is he who gives strength and power to his people. If I ask anything in his name, he will do it. The Lord will take away all sickness.
The Sun of Righteousness arises over me with healing in his wings because I fear his name. I give attention to his Words and incline my ear to his sayings, for it is living and powerful. I don’t let them depart from my eyes, and I keep them in the midst of my heart, for they are life and health to my flesh. He is sanctifying and cleansing me with the washing of water by the Word.
I praise him, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. It is the Spirit who gives life. His words are spirit, and they are life.
Whatever I ask in prayer, because I believe, it will be mine. I will hold fast the confession of my hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. I will call upon God, and the Lord shall save me. Jesus took my infirmities and bore my sicknesses; by his stripes, I am healed. I take the shield of faith to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. For my soul trusts in God, and in the shadow of his wings, I make my refuge.
